Qiddiya Investment Company is embarking on an extraordinary venture to create a world-class entertainment, cultural, and lifestyle destination in Saudi Arabia. We are currently in search of a skilled and dynamic professional for the position of Interface Director within our Roads team. This is a leadership role responsible for managing and coordinating all touchpoints, dependencies, and communication across various stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery. This is crucial for mitigating risks, avoiding delays, and ensuring all project elements align technically and contractually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and coordinating all touchpoints, dependencies, and communication across various stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement interface management plans to identify, track, and mitigate potential risks associated with project integration.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders to discuss interface issues, provide updates, and gather feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets while delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for interface-related inquiries, facilitating resolution of conflicts and discrepancies.
  • Monitor and report on the status of interfaces, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and proactive communication across all project teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in infrastructure project management, with a focus on interface management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and interfaces.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure design, construction processes, and project integration practices.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirable.
