Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Site Operations: Oversee day-to-day site operations, including managing schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and supervising construction works.

  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct site inspections, and maintain compliance with all legal, safety, and environmental protocols.

  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets project specifications and standards.

  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between Mall, site teams, project managers and subcontractors.



Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Exposure to Retail fit-out works – 1-2 years of experience will be added value.

  • Education: Freshers or Bachelor’s/Diploma/Equivalent degree in relevant field.
