Role Purpose

We require a designer who focuses on furniture design; creates innovative and functional furniture by developing concepts, sketching ideas, and producing detailed 3D models and drawings, creating villas catalogues.

Researching materials and trends, working with our warehouses/stores team to select from inventory or source new items and ensure delivery. This role requires a blend of creativity, use of design software, and an understanding of materials and colors.

The role will be responsible for all the existing private family properties and the construction or acquisition of new properties.

Key responsibilities

• Owner/family collaboration: Work with owner and his family to understand their needs and preferences.
• Design development: Create original furniture concepts, from initial sketches drawings and 3D models proposals for owner direction and selection.
• Material Selection: Research and select appropriate materials and finish and obtain the owner/family approval.
• Providers/Contractors Management: Work closely with procurement team to source approved furniture/designs and follow-up with contractors until handover.
• Furniture Movement: Manage the movement of all items between villas and stores as per owner direction.
• Villa Catalogues: Take photos and generate 3D pictures to create and update each villa has a content catalogue and furniture description and full inventory.
