Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Design and propose interior design plans according to the client's needs.
- develop 2D and 3D plans, models and realistic renderings.
- Select the materials, colors, furniture and lighting adapted to each project.
- prepare quotes, specifications and technical files.
- Coordinate renovation or development work with service providers and technical teams.
Skills:
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop).
- Good aesthetic sense and creativity.
- Knowledge of technical and regulatory standards.
- Attention to detail, autonomy, rigor and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
