Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and develop interior spaces that meet client requirements and expectations
- Create detailed design plans, specifications, and models using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and take measurements
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including plans, elevations, and sections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure designs meet relevant building codes, regulations, and standards

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations
- Communicate design plans and progress to clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Manage client expectations and negotiate scope changes or other issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience
