Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Interior Design Engineer to lead and manage interior design projects for our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, project management, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves coordinating multiple projects, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring that all design aspects meet our high standards of quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead and oversee interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Design Development:

• Define project requirements and translate employees' needs into detailed design plans.
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing, ensuring the selection aligns with project specifications and budget constraints.
• Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, and constructors to develop cohesive and functional design solutions.

Team Leadership:

• Lead a team of technicians to fulfill assigned responsibilities, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, encouraging continuous learning and development.

Budget Management:

• Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures, and purchases.
• Set costs and project fees according to budget, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.

Technical Analysis:

• Attend tenders for technical analysis and contract evaluation, providing expert insights to inform decision-making.
• Ensure all design solutions comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
