Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative interior spaces that align with client needs, ensuring functionality and aesthetics are harmoniously balanced.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate existing conditions and constraints, providing practical insights to enhance design solutions.
- Create detailed design presentations, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings, to effectively communicate ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Select and specify materials, furnishings, and finishes that meet both aesthetic goals and budgetary constraints while adhering to industry standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field, with a strong foundation in design principles and architecture.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in interior design, showcasing a diverse portfolio of completed projects.
- Professional certification such as NCIDQ or LEED accreditation preferred, demonstrating commitment to industry standards and sustainability.
- Experience in commercial and residential design, adaptable to various project types and client needs.
