Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of 3D models, renderings, visualizations, and post-production work for interior spaces using SketchUp or 3ds Max.
- Support the preparation of mood boards, concept designs, client proposals and presentations.
- Contribute to space planning, material selection, and layout development.
- Prepare technical shop drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Assist in coordinating material meetings with suppliers and vendors.
- Participate in project discussions to understand requirements, including budget, functionality, and design preferences.
- Support the refinement of design concepts to ensure they are practical, aesthetically aligned, and meet project objectives.
- Assist in managing multiple projects, ensuring assigned tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
- Organize and maintain design files, samples, and project documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to support innovation and continuous improvement.
Education and Experience:
- Recently completed a Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
- Familiarity with interior design principles, including space planning and color theory.
- Basic understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture selection is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Basic knowledge of 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization techniques.
- Good Experience in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp; experience with 3ds Max and Revit is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong creative thinking with a keen design sensibility.
- High attention to detail and strong visual awareness.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and respond positively to feedback.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Working conditions and Environment:
- The position is an office-based in New Cairo, Egypt.
- The position has no international business travel requirements.br>
