Job Summary:

The Interior Design & Marketing Architect is responsible for developing interior design concepts, preparing technical and visual project documentation, and supporting the company s marketing activities. This role combines creativity with strategic communication to ensure the brand s aesthetic, functional, and commercial goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

Design-Oriented Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts and prepare complete project documentation and presentations.
• Create 2D/3D drawings and visualizations using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or Lumion.
• Select materials, finishes, color palettes, furniture, and decorative elements.
• Prepare and present design proposals based on client requirements and incorporate revisions as needed.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical and execution teams during project implementation.

Marketing-Oriented Responsibilities:

• Prepare visual and content materials that highlight the company s design projects and products.
• Support social media, website, and catalog content with design-driven visuals.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style aligned with the company s brand identity.
• Create project proposals, presentation decks, and marketing materials for potential clients.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to strengthen client relationships and enhance brand visibility.

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• 2 5 years of experience in interior design or architectural projects.
• Proficiency in visualization, rendering, and presentation techniques.
• Strong design aesthetics, creativity, and innovative thinking.
• Familiarity with marketing trends and digital communication tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and 3D design software.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
