Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including designers, engineers, contractors, and consultants to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and changes efficiently while maintaining project momentum and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising design integrity.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source sustainable and high-quality materials, furniture, and artwork.
- Document project processes, lessons learned, and best practices to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years and up to 7 years of proven experience in interior design project management, preferably within high-end commercial or residential sectors.

- Demonstrated expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex design and engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles, contemporary aesthetics, and the use of natural materials.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools.
- Solid knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Experience in budget preparation, cost control, and contract administration.
- Ability to work on-site (office-based) and conduct regular site visits as required.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
