Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of interior designers, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth.

Develop innovative design concepts aligned with project requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to company standards.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity is maintained.

Review and approve design drawings, material specifications, and presentations.

Conduct site visits to oversee execution and resolve design-related issues.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, materials, and technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

5 to 7 years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple interior design projects successfully.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of commercial and residential projects.

Excellent knowledge of design principles, space planning, and materials.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills.

Ability to work effectively in an office-based, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.

Demonstrated commitment to sustainable and innovative design solutions.
