Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop design concepts and prepare presentations, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
  • Coordinate design development and documentation from concept to execution phase.
  • Specify materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories in alignment with project goals.
  • Produce and review technical drawings, 3D renders, and visual presentations.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay current with interior design trends, materials, and technology innovations.
  • Ensure design compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability practices.

Support the project team in managing timelines, budgets, and approvals

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related discipline

· Minimum 3–5 years of proven interior design experience (UAE experience preferred)

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools

· Strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or hospitality design projects

· Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills

· Detail-oriented with strong aesthetic and spatial awareness

· Arabic language proficiency is an advantage

· UAE Nationals will be given priority consideration
