Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, goals, and budgets for interior spaces.
  • Develop and present creative design concepts, mood boards, and detailed plans that align with client vision and brand identity.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using industry-standard design software.
  • Select and specify materials, furnishings, lighting, and color palettes to achieve desired aesthetics and functionality.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress, resolve design challenges, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear communication and documentation throughout all phases.
  • Design wedding stages (Kosha) and create innovative d cor concepts.
    Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using 3ds Max and AutoCAD.
    Develop creative ideas and transform them into practical, executable designs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles from concept to completion.
  • High level of creativity and strong artistic sense in wedding stage and event d cor design.
  • Excellent proficiency in 3ds Max and AutoCAD.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, provided they have a strong portfolio.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
