Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process from concept development to final execution
  • Develop and present mood boards, material palettes, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations
  • Prepare detailed technical drawings and design documentation for execution
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget
  • Supervise and collaborate with junior designers and project teams
  • Oversee site implementation, ensuring alignment with design and quality standards
  • Source and select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in interior design (preferably across multiple project types)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and detailing
  • Exceptional visual, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent project management, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
