Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for interior design projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and design concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to interpret design briefs and translate them into compelling visual presentations.
  • Create detailed mood boards, material boards, and color schemes to support design proposals and client presentations.
  • Produce accurate floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
  • Participate in client meetings to present visualizations and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design and 3D visualization.
  • Ensure all visualizations adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards set by the company.
  • Coordinate with the custom furniture and fit-out teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate representation in visual outputs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing design concepts and project progress.
  • Support the documentation and archiving of design assets, renderings, and project files for future reference.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 2 to 6 years of proven experience in interior design with a strong focus on 3D visualization.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max,Corona V-Ray, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, lighting, and materials.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D visualizations for interior projects.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and spatial arrangements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in an office-based environment.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in interior design and visualization.
