Key Responsibilities/Tasks/Duties:

• Design & Concept Development:
  • Plan, draw, and develop 2D and 3D design concepts for ongoing interior and decoration projects for all MDM brands.
  • Create and present innovative design solutions that align with MDM s brand identity and strategic goals.
  • Prepare and present mood boards, finish selections, furnishings, and fixture designs for internal approval.
• Project Documentation & Coordination:
  • Prepare detailed construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings for internal use and contractor reference.
  • Draft building plans and ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry codes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and timely project completion.
• Budgeting & Resource Management:
  • Develop and manage project budgets for all interior design activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Source and procure materials, furniture, lighting, and decorative items, maintaining documentation for procurement and cost control.
• Internal Communication & Presentation:
  • Present design concepts, material samples, and progress updates to MDM management and relevant internal teams.
  • Incorporate feedback from MDM stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to design plans.
  • Ensure all designs reflect MDM s brand values, culture, and operational requirements.
