Develop innovative interior design concepts and present creative solutions tailored to client needs and project objectives.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate interior design with overall project plans.

Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, material selections, and 3D visualizations to communicate design intent.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve issues, and ensure design specifications are met.

Source and specify materials, furnishings, fixtures, and finishes that align with project requirements and client preferences.

Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.

Oversee the preparation of construction documents and coordinate with contractors during the implementation phase.

Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to enhance design solutions.

Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

• Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of proven experience in interior design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of completed interior design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective client engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture selection.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
• Willingness to work onsite and conduct regular site visits as required.
