We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer with strong expertise in commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading design concepts, managing client requirements, and delivering functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective interior solutions for offices, retail, and commercial environments. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, fit-out industry experience and a flare for sales.

• Lead the design process from concept development to final execution for residential/ commercial interior fit-out projects.

• Meet clients, pitch concepts and sales along with the sales team

• Develop space planning layouts, design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials.

• Prepare detailed drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.

• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, brand standards, and functional needs.

• Conduct site visits, surveys, and attend client meetings and project review meetings.

• Work closely with project managers, estimators, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and budget alignment.

• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories suitable for commercial spaces.

• Ensure designs comply with local authority regulations, building codes, and project specifications.

• Review shop drawings and material samples for design accuracy and quality standards.

Support the team in value engineering and providing practical design solutions.
