Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Create the overall design concept, mood, and style for large residential projects.
Develop presentations (mood boards, 3D visuals) to explain your ideas to clients.
Select all furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes (FF&E).
Create detailed technical drawings and plans for contractors.
Work closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers.
Visit sites to check on progress and ensure the design is followed correctly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
A degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
5-7+ years of experience, specifically with concept design for large-scale residential developments.
Excellent skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Deep knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and suppliers.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in English.
