Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Prepare concept designs, 3D visualizations, and presentations for client approval.
- Produce detailed design drawings and specifications for fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with the technical team, site team, and suppliers.
- Assist in material selection, mood boards, and design development.
- Ensure designs comply with client requirements and project timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience in an interior fit-out company, or at least 6 years of relevant experience in the same field from the home country.
- Strong experience in concept design, space planning, and preparation of design presentations.
- Ability to prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and material selections.
- Good understanding of joinery details, fit-out drawings, and site coordination.
- Ability to work closely with project managers, estimators, and clients.
- Strong creativity with attention to detail and deadlines.
Software Skills (Required):
- AutoCAD
- 3D Design Software (such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar)
- Adobe Photoshop
Additional software knowledge will be considered an advantage.
