Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop innovative interior design concepts that align with client needs and project objectives.

Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software.

Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that meet aesthetic and functional requirements.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Present design proposals and mood boards to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

Conduct site visits to assess progress, resolve issues, and ensure design intent is maintained.

Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.

Coordinate procurement and oversee installation of design elements.

Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)

Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.

Proficient in AutoCAD , REVIT , SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs

Excellent portfolio of previous works

Creative talent, imagination and eye for design

Communication and presentation skills

Project management skills

BS degree in Interior Design or similar
