Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and space planning solutions
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations
- Meet with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and project objectives
- Present design proposals and incorporate client feedback
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure design execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry innovations
- Ensure all designs comply with safety and regulatory standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 2 5 years of experience in interior design projects
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong creativity and aesthetic sense
- Excellent space planning and visualization skills
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
