Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, and developers to generate leads for residential fit-out projects.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments, understanding client requirements and translating them into tailored fit-out solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, including detailed cost estimations, timelines, and project scopes, showcasing the value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maximizing profitability for each project.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a strong foundational understanding.
  • Holds relevant certifications in sales or project management, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
  • Exhibits a minimum of 3 years of experience in interior fit-out sales, specifically within the residential sector.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of successfully managing and closing sales deals in the interior fit-out industry.
