Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out and joinery site activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings and project specifications. Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely progress. Review shop drawings, joinery details, material specifications, and raise RFIs when required. Prepare material take-offs, BOQs, and site measurements for joinery and fit-out works. Ensure all work complies with quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. Monitor project progress, identify delays or issues, and implement corrective actions. Conduct inspections, verify workmanship quality, and ensure correct installation of joinery and interior finishes. Maintain daily site reports, progress photos, and relevant documentation for management review. Coordinate with MEP teams to resolve clashes and ensure proper sequencing of interior activities. Attend client/consultant meetings, provide updates, and handle technical clarifications. Support in material selection, supplier follow-ups, and ensuring timely delivery to site.
