Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 07-12 years experience in hospitality, mixed-use, or public amenity design.
- Amenities Lead (covering clubhouse, mosque, retail, and community facilities)
- Design coordination, aesthetics, code compliance, and BIM integration, while maintaining clear focus areas
- Strong aesthetic sense and ability to translate brand concepts into spatial experiences.
- Excellent technical coordination and detailing skills.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows, Aconex, and sustainability standards.
- Effective leadership and communication with multidisciplinary teams.
