Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
Coordinate with technical and sales teams to deliver tailored IT solutions, including Microsoft, UiPath, and custom offerings.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, expanding the scope of services provided to each client.
Address client concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and present account reviews, proposals, and performance reports.
Keep accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and progress in the CRM system.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and continuous improvement.
Stay informed about IT trends and our evolving solution portfolio to provide relevant advice to clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Female professional with a passion for IT, client service, and business development
2+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or business development (IT sector preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy, quick to learn new platforms and solutions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Familiarity with CRM tools and account management processes
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is an advantage
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences
