Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Intermediate Project Architect to join our Dubai team. The successful candidate will support the design development, technical coordination, and project delivery of architectural projects across mixed-use, residential, hospitality, and commercial developments.
The role requires strong architectural design and technical skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contribute to delivering projects on schedule and in line with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Support project architects and senior leadership in the design, development, and delivery of architectural projects.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, models, and documentation from concept through detailed design and construction stages.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
Participate in BIM coordination and technical design reviews to maintain quality and consistency across project documentation.
Assist in managing project schedules, deliverables, and documentation standards.
Contribute to design presentations, reports, and client submissions.
Ensure architectural documentation complies with project standards, codes, and authority requirements where applicable.
Support senior team members in resolving design coordination issues during project development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
5–8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
Experience working on mixed-use, residential, hospitality, or commercial developments.
Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM-based design workflows.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, or similar architectural software.
Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams.
Strong technical documentation and design coordination skills.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Previous Middle East project experience is preferred.
