Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
New Product Development (NPD)
- Support recipe development in line with approved project briefs
- Assist during factory trials, process validation, and related documentation
- Help prepare product specifications, process flows, and Manufacturing Dossiers
- Support shelf life studies, pHACCP, pQMS activities, and product specification validation
- Assist with SAP-related activities, including material codes and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Product & Process Improvement
- Support process optimisation and line performance improvement initiatives
- Participate in cost optimisation and process efficiency projects
- Support product launches, start ups, and post launch performance reviews
People & Knowledge Development
- Participate in shop floor learning and continuous improvement activities
- Support training sessions and best practice sharing initiatives within the factory

- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Additional Requirements
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Chemical Engineering- preferred recent graduated
- Candidates must hold a strong>valid UAE residence visa/strong> under their own sponsorship
- Candidates must have strong>valid medical insurance/strong>
- A strong>driving licence or a reliable means of transportation/strong> is preferred, as the factories are located in strong>Jebel Ali / Dubai South/strong>, where public transport connectivity is limited
