Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of Financial Due Diligence (FDD) reports and related documentation
- Support the team in collecting, organising and validating financial data (financial statements, management accounts, trial balances) used in Financial Due Diligence engagements
- Assist with basic financial analyses under supervision, including revenue trends, cost evolution and simple working capital movements
- Help prepare schedules, charts and supporting documentation for FDD reports and client deliverables
Desired Candidate Profile
Undergraduate, graduate degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Internship experience in Audit, Transaction Services, M&A, or Private Equity is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating a proactive approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report writing
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting
