Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support the Internal Auditor in maintaining and strengthening internal control systems, including risk identification and analysis.

Participate in the evaluation and analysis of internal controls across the organization.

Assist in preparing audit reports and submissions to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

Support follow-up on management responses and the implementation of audit recommendations.

Assist with audit planning, execution, and reporting activities.

Perform additional audit-related duties as assigned by the Internal Auditor.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Legal, or a related field

Ability to adapt in the company environment.

Computer literacy certification would be an advantage.

Professional insurance qualification (ACII, CPCU, or equivalent) preferred.

Minimum 2-3 years of motor underwriting / claims department experience, and atleast 3 4 years in Internal Audit Role.

Proven experience in Internal Audit or Internal Control.

Familiarity with local insurance regulations and market practices.

Experience in internal control evaluation (added value).
