Job Description:
We are hiring an Internal Auditor for a fast-growing Food & Beverage business with multiple kitchens, catering operations, and outlets.

The role focuses on operational and F&B audits, ensuring strong controls across kitchen operations, inventory, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits across kitchens, outlets, and catering operations

• Review food cost, inventory, and stock movement

• Perform stock audits and variance analysis

• Evaluate SOP compliance across F&B operations

• Identify gaps in cost control and operational efficiency

• Work closely with operations teams to improve processes

• Prepare audit reports with actionable recommendations
