Main activities:

• Permanent Control and Internal Audit
• Monitor compliance with internal procedures (financial and operational)
• Auditing financial flows and inventories (wheat, raw materials, finished products, spare parts)
• Verify the application of company policies and accounting and quality standards
• Industrial Audit
• Control the production process, from the receipt of the wheat to the shipment of the finished products.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards
• Risk Management and Recommendations
• Identify malfunctions and financial, operational and quality risks (losses, waste, product non-conformity)
• Propose corrective action plans and monitor their implementation
• Participate in the continuous improvement of industrial and administrative processes
• Development and Monitoring of Operational Procedures
• Collaborating with teams to formalize operational procedures and instructions
• Ensure that procedures comply with quality, safety, and good industrial practices standards.
• Contribute to updating existing procedures
• Reporting et Communication
• Prepare regular audit reports for the General Management
• Present the findings and recommendations in a clear and structured manner.
• Ensure training and awareness-raising of teams on best practices
• Specific tasks
• Checking stocks of wheat, semolina, pasta and PDR to prevent discrepancies and losses
• Control of the traceability of production batches (from the receipt of raw materials to the shipment of finished products)
• Regular audits of production, supply chain and maintenance parameters: quality, drying time, oven temperature, humidity, storage conditions, stock shortages of packaging and finished products
• Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs): scrap rate, yield, product conformity, production lead times, machine downtime, inventory discrepancies, and conformity discrepancies
• Verification of the accuracy of records in the ERP or SAP system for material flows and sales
• Detection and investigation of anomalies in production, logistics, maintenance and accounting
