Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Create engaging content for newsletters, announcements, and internal platforms.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure alignment of internal messaging.
  • Support in planning internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor feedback and continuously improve communication channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth and engaging communication across all departments, helping build a cohesive and informed company culture.

  • Bachelor s degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0 1 year of experience in a communication, HR, or administrative role (internships count!).
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creativity and ability to engage employees through innovative messaging.
