Responsibilities
- Local Town Hall Management: Coordinating the agenda, visual presentations, and live engagement (Q&A/Polls).
- Vision "In Action" Series: Developing a content campaign featuring Egypt-based teams/projects that embody the company vision in the local market.
- Engagement Events: Planning and communicating local cultural or team-building events to boost morale within the Egypt BU.
- Feedback Loop: Establishing a localized "Listening Channel" (e.g., monthly feedback form or digital suggestion box) to capture the sentiment of the Egypt workforce.
