Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Control Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring internal control procedures, reviewing operational compliance, identifying process gaps, and supporting the implementation of corrective actions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic reviews of operational and financial controls.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements.
- Assist in investigating discrepancies and operational issues.
- Prepare reports and follow up on corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective control implementation.
- Support risk assessment and process improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in internal control, compliance, accounting, or operational auditing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
