Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Pre-Sales Support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across the Middle East region.
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales support, including product recommendations, technical specifications, quotations, and pricing information.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective technical and commercial solutions.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, product presentations, and customer communications.
2. Procurement & Supply Chain Management
- Source and coordinate with multiple suppliers to ensure product availability and competitive pricing.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Continuously compare supplier pricing and commercial terms to optimize procurement costs and profitability.
- Maintain an efficient and reliable supply chain to support customer requirements and business operations.
3. Operations & Logistics Coordination
- Oversee daily operational activities, including inventory coordination, order processing, and quality checks.
- Coordinate shipping and delivery processes with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Track orders and proactively resolve any operational or delivery-related issues.
- Ensure all procurement and logistics activities are executed in compliance with company procedures.
4. Customer Satisfaction & Account Support
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the sales and delivery process.
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through responsiveness, accuracy, and service excellence.
5. Technical Marketing Support
- Assist in the development and execution of technical marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support lead generation initiatives to increase product awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive conversions and business growth for the company.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Computer Engineering 2 5 years of experience in a technical sale, inside sales, or pre-sales support environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Strong understanding of procurement, supplier coordination, and operational processes. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
