Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the internal sales team to achieve company sales targets.
  • Develop effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service and communication.
  • Coordinate with marketing to implement promotional activities that support sales efforts.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to specific client needs.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, goals, and strategies for improvement.
  • Identify potential new markets and opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Train and develop sales team members to improve their selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports for upper management to review regularly.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure advantageous contracts and agreements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in a sales management role with a successful track record.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate others.

Proficient analytical skills to evaluate sales forecasts and performance data.

Familiarity with CRM software and other sales technology tools beneficial.
