Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in presenting legal review regarding MCV international relation

- draft and review contracts, agreements and NDA's.

- develop internal compliance policies and applications.

- present legal opinion in international trade with consideration of the Egyptian laws and regulations .

- execute due diligence reviews and processes.

- provide legal studies about relevant laws in countries where the company business may expand.

- Bachelor Degree in law - English or French Section

- postgraduate in "International law of commerce" is an asset

- 3 - 6 years experience in the field of international law of commerce.

- Fluent English

- knowledge about international trade and its legal challenges.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills.

- Excellent negotiation and communications skills

- Good organizational skills.

- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
