Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.

  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads to ensure consistent follow-up and conversion, maximizing sales opportunities.

  • Develop and implement targeted business development strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals.

  • Stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics to effectively position the company's offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in direct sales , Real estate sales experience preferred.


Maximum age should be 30 years .


Graduates and above qualification .


Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
