International Legal & Compliance Specialist (Chinese Speaker)

Core Responsibilities:

1. Legal Risk Management

● Review commercial contracts (sales agreements, procurement contracts, service agreements).

● Maintain a contract template library and update legal clauses regularly.

● Design transaction structures and provide legal risk mitigation advice.

● Handle legal disputes and coordinate litigation/arbitration.

2. Compliance Monitoring

● Review marketing content for religious sensitivity.

● Ensure regulatory compliance for financial products.

● Develop content review standards and processes for websites.

● Track and update regional legal/policy changes.

3. M&A Project Management

● Support legal due diligence.

● Participate in M&A agreement negotiations and drafting.

● Design transaction structures and risk-hedging solutions.

● Coordinate cross-border regulatory approvals.

4. External Resource Management

● Select and manage external legal teams.

● Review legal service fees and establish evaluation systems for law firms.

● Coordinate multi-regional legal collaborations.

5. Compliance Protocol Management

● Develop jurisdictional compliance manuals and emergency response mechanisms.

● Organize legal compliance training.

● Update risk prevention plans regularly.

Requirements:

1. Graduated from a top law school; legal professional qualification required.

2. 5+ years of cross-border legal experience (in-house or law firm).

3. Knowledge of Islamic finance law/UK-US contract law preferred.

4. Experience with AI-powered contract review tools.

5. Exceptional bilingual (English/Chinese) drafting skills (IELTS 7.5/TOEFL 105+).
