International Management Controller

Reporting to the Group's Chief Financial Officer, you will contribute to making finance an essential, relevant and reliable tool to facilitate business and strategic decision-making and arbitration.

Your main mission is to ensure the quality and consistency of the financial information produced by the Group's subsidiaries.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for:

• The animation and supervision of the monthly reporting of the entire Group (approximately 15 legal entities on 3 continents) in compliance with the closing schedule;
• The development, implementation and monitoring of management tools and indicators;
• Profitability analysis of projects;
• The animation of the budgeting process and forecasts.

Monthly reporting:

• Coordinate and lead the monthly closing process for the various subsidiaries, ensuring that deadlines are met;
• Collect, analyze and validate subsidiary reports;
• Analysis of performance gaps between subsidiaries and key KPIs;
• Profitability management;
• Analysis of the consolidated payroll;
• Preparation of dashboards and the monthly financial report.

Monitoring project profitability and commercial performance:

• Implementation of optimization tools and procedures for margin management;
• Collection and analysis of commercial activity indicators;
• Preparation of the monthly dashboard for analyzing sales performance.

Budget and Forecasts:

• Development and management of the budgeting process and forecasts;
• Collection, analysis and synthesis of budgetary data from the various subsidiaries.

Other areas of activity

• Carrying out ad-hoc financial analyses;
• Participation in the implementation of a new ERP system;
• Participation in all Finance projects (Accounting procedures manual, new tools, etc.).
