Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Oversight:
- Develop and refine the overall international marketing strategy in alignment with the organization's global objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to the International Marketing Specialists.
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Oversee and manage the daily activities and projects of the International Marketing Specialists.
- Review and approve market studies, marketing programs, and campaign plans prepared by the specialists.
- Mentor and provide expert advice to the team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
- High-Level Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification:
- Conduct advanced market intelligence to identify new international opportunities and trends.
- Ensure the team's market research is robust and actionable.
- Brand Guardianship & Consistency:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all international markets and channels, adhering to global standards.
- Provide oversight on all marketing materials and tools developed by the team.
- Key Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships:
- Establish and nurture high-level relationships with strategic international partners, embassies, and key market stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations for significant international collaborations and agreements.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Monitor the overall performance of international marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and implement adjustments to optimize ROI.
- Budget Management (Implied):
- Likely responsible for overseeing or contributing to the international marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Complex Problem Solving:
- Address complex challenges related to international market entry, cultural adaptation, and regulatory compliance.
- Representation:
- Act as a senior representative of the organization in international forums, conferences, and key meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field.
- Experience: requires significant prior experience in international marketing, 7-10+ years in senior or leadership marketing roles.
- Proven Leadership & Supervision: Demonstrated ability to effectively guide, mentor, and supervise a team of marketing professionals.
- Strategic Vision: High-level understanding of global market dynamics and the ability to set overarching international marketing strategies.
- Advanced Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge and proven success, including:
- International market research and analysis.
- Advanced digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Comprehensive marketing program design and execution.
- High-level institutional communication and sales conversion.
- Extensive experience in event management and external relations with key market players.
- In-depth knowledge of medical services marketing and strategic partnership development.
- Expertise in logistics, international correspondence, and public relations.
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex market data, identifies challenges, and devises effective solutions.
- Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: Superior ability to communicate strategically, negotiates with high-level partners, and represents the organization internationally.
- Languages: Proficient in both English and French.
- Freelance Experience/Mindset: Understanding of freelance work dynamics, self-management, and delivering results independently while overseeing a team.
