Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with international suppliers to secure the best commercial and technical terms.
Manage RFQs, purchase orders, shipping logistics, and documentation for import/export operations.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment in accordance with project schedules.
Conduct supplier evaluations to assess quality, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate closely with engineering and finance departments to ensure alignment with technical specifications and budgetary constraints.
Maintain accurate procurement records and generate periodic reports for management.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and potential suppliers to optimize procurement efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in international procurement or sourcing.
Strong understanding of import/export procedures, incoterms, and logistics coordination.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
