Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with international clients (USA, Europe, Middle East) through professional and persuasive English communication.
- Understand client needs and effectively present relevant service solutions.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to understand global market trends.
- Identify potential opportunities aligned with our services and target industries.
- Provide consistent follow-up and support to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Share market insights and client feedback to support strategic decision-making.
- Track communications, meetings, and deal progress using CRM tools or internal systems.
- Provide weekly updates on sales activities and pipeline progress to management.
- Continuously grow knowledge in international sales techniques, cultural communication, and industry-specific insights.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on global business practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- You must be a clear, confident, and fluent communicator in English both written and spoken. This is the most important skill we re looking for.
- We don t care about your CGPA, and you don t need to be a graduate. Even if you re a dropout or in your final semester, you re encouraged to apply.
- You should have foundational knowledge in either business or computer science/technology to understand our services and communicate effectively with international clients.
- You should be genuinely interested in building a career in global sales and have the hunger to grow and stand out in a competitive industry.
- Ability to build relationships, listen actively, and communicate persuasively.
- We re looking for someone proactive, coachable, and constantly willing to improve and adapt.
- Applicants must be open to working night shifts (North American Time) as part of their regular schedule.
- Must be open to accept the fixed and variable compensation package.
- The applicant should have General knowledge of IT services and marketplaces.
- Must be fluent, clear, and confident in professional conversations.
- Final semester students or even dropouts with the right mindset are highly encouraged to apply.
- Should understand basic business models, sales concepts, or tech industry dynamics.
- Ability to connect with people, present ideas clearly, and build trust with international clients.
- Open to feedback, fast learner, and able to work in a fast-paced international sales environment.
- Ability to manage outreach tasks, follow-ups, and client communications efficiently.
- You take initiative, stay motivated, and don t wait for someone to push you.
- Comfortable working with people from different countries, understanding business etiquette across regions.
