Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:
  • Engage with international clients (USA, Europe, Middle East) through professional and persuasive English communication.
  • Understand client needs and effectively present relevant service solutions.
  • Conduct industry and competitor research to understand global market trends.
  • Identify potential opportunities aligned with our services and target industries.
  • Provide consistent follow-up and support to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Share market insights and client feedback to support strategic decision-making.
  • Track communications, meetings, and deal progress using CRM tools or internal systems.
  • Provide weekly updates on sales activities and pipeline progress to management.
  • Continuously grow knowledge in international sales techniques, cultural communication, and industry-specific insights.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on global business practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Core Requirements:
  • You must be a clear, confident, and fluent communicator in English both written and spoken. This is the most important skill we re looking for.
  • We don t care about your CGPA, and you don t need to be a graduate. Even if you re a dropout or in your final semester, you re encouraged to apply.
  • You should have foundational knowledge in either business or computer science/technology to understand our services and communicate effectively with international clients.
  • You should be genuinely interested in building a career in global sales and have the hunger to grow and stand out in a competitive industry.
  • Ability to build relationships, listen actively, and communicate persuasively.
  • We re looking for someone proactive, coachable, and constantly willing to improve and adapt.
Essential Requirement:
  • Applicants must be open to working night shifts (North American Time) as part of their regular schedule.
  • Must be open to accept the fixed and variable compensation package.
  • The applicant should have General knowledge of IT services and marketplaces.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Must be fluent, clear, and confident in professional conversations.
  • Final semester students or even dropouts with the right mindset are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Should understand basic business models, sales concepts, or tech industry dynamics.
  • Ability to connect with people, present ideas clearly, and build trust with international clients.
  • Open to feedback, fast learner, and able to work in a fast-paced international sales environment.
  • Ability to manage outreach tasks, follow-ups, and client communications efficiently.
  • You take initiative, stay motivated, and don t wait for someone to push you.
  • Comfortable working with people from different countries, understanding business etiquette across regions.
