MAIN ACTIVITIES:  

• It performs the preliminary control of transactions, the settlement and delivery of processed assets, the safekeeping of assets, and the accounting of transactions. This includes
• the exhaustiveness check
• duplicate control
• the control of cancellations and modifications
• He manages the operational aspects of financing contracts and administrative controls (guarantees, insurance),
• He may also be responsible for commercial activities, particularly for obtaining contracts for securities flow processing and custody.
• It establishes and maintains permanent, reliable and complete information databases on clients, account conditions, regulations, activity volumes, risks, and limits.
• Confirmation management (checking SWIFT messages or other)
• Payment processing (payments and receipt of funds) This includes
• Compliance control
• Cash position management and liquidity monitoring with Nostri position tracking
• monitoring the position in the Central Bank
• If applicable, accounting reconciliations for ex-post control (and proposed corrections). This includes
• the convergence of positions
• the reconciliation of the result
• the reconciliation of our accounts

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
