Roles & Responsibilities

Job Role International travel bookings, holiday packages, visa assistance aur customer queries handle karna. Smooth travel experience ensure karna. � Key Responsibilities International flight, hotel & package bookings GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) par ticketing Visa documentation & guidelines provide karna Customer queries handle karna (call/WhatsApp/email) Sales follow-ups & conversions DMC/vendors ke sath rate negotiation Booking files, vouchers & invoices maintain karna Customer support till travel completion � Skills Required GDS knowledge Good communication (English) Destination knowledge Sales & customer handling skills

Desired Candidate Profile

International travel bookings ka experience (1–3 years preferred). GDS knowledge – Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre (basic to advanced). Strong communication skills (English must). International destinations & visa process ka basic knowledge. Customer handling & sales conversion skills. Multitasking, accuracy aur problem-solving mindset. Positive attitude, team player & target-oriented.
