Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist with day‑to‑day back‑office and administrative operations

  • Support documentation processes such as:

    • Air Waybills (AWBs)

    • Invoices

    • Shipping and customs paperwork

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (agents, carriers, customers)

  • Update shipment tracking and operational records

  • Support basic customer follow‑ups and email coordination

  • Learn freight forwarding processes across air, sea, and land freight

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Students or recent graduates in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields

  • Strong interest in freight forwarding and logistics operations

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication

  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and proactive

  • Prior logistics exposure is a plus but not mandatory
