Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and control train movements through ATS systems
Supervise and coordinate train operations and service activities
Liaise with maintenance teams and the Control Center for smooth operations
Prepare and maintain daily operational reports (OCC logs, dashboards, schedules)
Manage train service mode transitions in coordination with the Control Center
Monitor CCTV systems and passenger flow to ensure safety and efficiency
Report faults, alarms, and incidents in a timely manner
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Support incident management and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Operate SCADA systems in line with safety procedures and protocols
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines
Support Qualified Maintenance Personnel (QMP) as required
Manage lost and found processes
Complete all reports and documentation before the end of each shift
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief Operations Controller
