Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Receive incoming shipments, inspect items for quality and accuracy, and ensure timely stocking of goods on the sales floor, stockroom and website.
Ensure that products are properly labeled in accordance with store guidelines and merchandising standards.
Inputting and uploading items, images and descriptions from shipments on the backend, including adding the appropriate tags, prices and product categories.
Creating the corresponding excel sheets for the incoming shipments.
Regularly update product pages based on changes in availability, pricing, promotions, or seasonal adjustments.
Collaborate with the finance team to report inventory levels and manage discrepancies.
Regulate inventories between the website and the accounting software, and monitor both systems.
Perform regular audits of online and offline inventory data to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
Prepare data entries, cash drawer closings & reporting for the store.
Responsible for in store payments, invoicing and maintaining consignment brands.
Ensure that all operation terms and selling protocols are respected at the store.
Liaise with the IT team to address any technical glitches that affect inventory display or functionality.
General organization of the website.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
Excellent English. French a plus.
Computer Skills: must include a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be hardworking, with a strong attention to detail.
Must be able to effectively manage time and a variety of responsibilities.
