Inventory and Commercial Controller Al Islami Foods

Perform daily reconciliation of inventory records with the General Ledger (GL) to ensure accuracy of stock balances.

Monitor inventory movements and stock levels, ensuring proper recording in the SAP system.

Track product expiry dates and coordinate with management and commercial teams to mitigate expiry risks through demand planning and stock management.

Ensure all sales returns and invoice cancellations are properly recorded and posted in the system.

Update selling prices in SAP after verifying proper internal approvals.

Work closely with the commercial team to calculate BDA provisions and reconcile them with actual billings.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with warehouse, finance, and sales teams.

Support management by providing inventory analysis, stock reports, and risk alerts related to slow-moving or expiring inventory.

Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls related to inventory and commercial transactions.
